Life Sales Agent – DSU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Encourages the sale of AAA Life Insurance products within a call-center setting.

• Identifies and promotes opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet specific sales production targets.

• Completes necessary applications and forms as required.

• Adheres to internal processing protocols to ensure transactions comply with company policies and procedures.

• Provides advanced technical and product knowledge in response to customer inquiries to meet established quality and sales goals, ultimately driving the sale of all AAA Life products.

• Attains established sales targets and other performance metrics as defined by management.

• Successfully undergoes required training related to all AAA Life products and services.

• Performs additional job duties as assigned or required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience is required; at least one year in the insurance and/or financial services sector is preferred.

• Must possess a current license to sell life insurance.

• Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer-focused service.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and web-related products.

• Capable of entering information across various screens using a PC keyboard.

• Skilled in managing and navigating multiple information sources and applying them as needed.

• Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to elucidate complex issues to diverse audiences.
