Life Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Promotes the sales of AAA Life Insurance products within a call-center setting.

• Identifies and encourages cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to meet designated sales production targets.

• Completes necessary applications and forms as required.

• Adheres to internal processing protocols to ensure that transactions are executed in line with company policies and procedures.

• Provides advanced technical and product information in response to customer inquiries, ensuring the achievement of established quality and sales objectives, aimed at promoting all AAA Life products.

• Meet defined sales targets and other performance metrics set by management.

• Successfully complete the required training for all AAA Life products and services.

• Undertake additional job responsibilities as assigned or needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience is required; at least one year in the insurance and/or financial services sector is preferred.

• Current license to sell life insurance is necessary.

• Demonstrated history of delivering a high level of customer-focused service.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and web-related applications.

• Ability to input information on various screens using a PC keyboard.

• Capable of managing and navigating multiple sources of information and applying it as needed.

• Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to explain complex issues to diverse audiences.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
