📋 Description

• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage options and applying for protection

• Provide support for applications throughout the underwriting process until families are fully insured

• Concentrate on assisting families who have expressed interest in life insurance-backed products

• Engage in continuous training, mentorship, and leadership development

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens

• Possession of a life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone to serve clients

• Reliable internet connection is required

• Must be comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment

• Must demonstrate discipline and accountability

• Must communicate with honesty and confidence

• Should have a passion for helping families make informed financial decisions

• Must be willing to develop into leadership roles over time

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events

• Income is based entirely on commission
