Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding, consultative insurance sales experiences that foster long-term trust with customers

• Manage incoming calls related to auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance

• Inform customers about potential savings and identify coverage gaps

• Simplify complex policy information into straightforward, comprehensible options

• Create customized policy packages utilizing Jerry's network of over 55 carrier partners

• Conclude and secure insurance coverage

• Address customer concerns and uncertainties to ensure a seamless and transparent purchasing process

• Relay direct customer feedback to the product team for enhancements to the app and service offerings

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service settings

• Authentic empathy, warmth, and effective listening abilities

• A strong desire to assist others

• Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks while upholding a high level of service and attention to detail

• Property & Casualty license to be obtained within 2 weeks of starting

• Must currently live in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
