Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls related to auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Provide outstanding, consultative customer interactions.

• Identify opportunities for customer savings and highlight coverage gaps.

• Clarify complex policy information into clear, understandable options.

• Create customized policy packages in collaboration with over 55 carrier partners.

• Conclude and secure insurance coverage.

• Address customer doubts and concerns with empathy.

• Relay customer insights to the product team to enhance app functionality and service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service settings.

• Demonstrated empathy, warmth, and strong active listening capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize competing tasks while upholding high service standards and attention to detail.

• Property and Casualty (P&C) license to be obtained within 2 weeks of employment commencement.

• Candidates must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for this full-time hourly position.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
