Licensed Health Insurance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Provide education and guidance to customers in choosing healthcare insurance policies that meet their requirements.

• Help customers navigate healthcare options during the open enrollment period.

• Continuously engage throughout the year with one of Everise’s clients in full-time regular status roles and shift back to healthcare support during the annual enrollment phase.

• Efficiently navigate multiple applications at the same time.

• Assist customers in a sales environment that is customer-focused.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a license to sell healthcare insurance in your state of residence.

• Strong attention to detail alongside excellent communication and listening abilities.

• Proficient computer skills to effectively handle multiple applications simultaneously.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on developing and/or closing sales is preferred.

• A wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload speed; wireless connections are not allowed.

• Two 21” monitors are required, with the candidate providing one.

• Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, cable, or fiber optic is necessary.

• Satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are not acceptable.

• The candidate must provide their own headset.
