• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage choices and applying for protection

• Facilitate applications through the underwriting process until families are completely covered

• Possession of a life insurance license or a commitment to obtain one

• Access to a computer and phone for client service

• Reliable internet connection is necessary

• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

• No cold calling; all leads are warm and incoming

• Must be a citizen of the U.S.

• Must demonstrate discipline and accountability

• Honest and confident in communication skills

• Enthusiastic about assisting families in making informed financial choices

• Open to evolving into a leadership role over time

• Some travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership gatherings
