This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Comprehensive management of customer inquiries regarding private pension contracts
• Customer-focused communication — via phone and written correspondence
• Autonomous processing of policy transactions within the life insurance sector
• Ensuring adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Close cooperation within a specialized project team
• Active engagement in the ongoing enhancement of processes and workflows
• Contributing to collaboration with our insurance partners
• Background in the insurance or financial services sector
• Vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or equivalent qualifications
• Enjoyment in communication and engaging with customers
• Strong service orientation and customer-centric approach
• Organized and self-reliant work style
• Resilience and dependability, especially during busy or dynamic times
