Life & Health Agent, Licensed or Pre-Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist families in identifying income shortfalls, securing suitable insurance, and planning for their retirement.

• Perform financial needs assessments during client meetings utilizing proprietary tools.

• Conduct client meetings following training and mentorship.

• Provide support for licensing preparation and study as necessary.

• Participate in real client meetings for field training before managing independent appointments.

• Engage in weekly training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and mindset development.

• Acquire and utilize Financial Needs Analysis and CRM platforms.

• Establish a financial services practice with the potential to build a team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a license or be willing to become licensed as a Life & Health Agent.

• Required to pass the state Life & Health exam if not already licensed.

• Candidates are responsible for licensing and exam fees.

• A background check is necessary.

• Must be coachable and comfortable engaging with others.

• Driven by the desire to assist families.

• No prior finance experience is required.
