Liens Specialist – U.S. Personal Injury Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve medical and insurance liens associated with U.S. personal injury cases.

• Negotiate reductions on liens with healthcare providers and insurance adjusters.

• Prepare documentation for settlements.

• Assist the liens team in facilitating case resolutions.

• Compile, organize, and review client medical bills and records pertaining to lien claims.

• Draft and dispatch lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters.

• Create and implement strategies to accelerate the settlement of liens.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.

• Conduct administrative tasks to aid case management and ensure the efficient operation of the liens team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience in lien negotiation or personal injury case management, ideally within the U.S. legal framework.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a similar discipline.

• Relevant expertise in lien negotiation, preferably in the context of U.S. personal injury law.

• Strong skills in negotiation and interpersonal communication.

• Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on legal and procedural details.

• Capability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
