Líder Técnico de IA – Fábrica agentica

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the team responsible for developing Generative AI solutions and AI Agents.

• Review and validate the designs and architectures of the solutions.

• Establish best practices and technical guidelines for agent development.

• Offer technical support and guidance to developers.

• Conduct code and design reviews as necessary.

• Provide technical oversight for projects from definition through implementation.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and technical blockers.

• Encourage the reuse of components, APIs, prompts, and solution patterns.

• Coordinate with Architecture, Security, Data, DevOps, QA, and business teams.

• Ensure proper technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Monitor the technical progress of initiatives within the factory.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT.

• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM, or AI Agents, demonstrated through projects.

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, Development Lead, or equivalent role.

• Experience in providing technical leadership to development teams.

• Experience participating in projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in designing or validating technological solutions.

• Knowledge of concepts and architecture related to Generative AI and Agentic AI.

• Practical experience with LLM and prompt engineering.

• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, and context management.

• Familiarity with agents, workflows, and tool/function calling.

• Proficiency in Python and REST APIs.

• Experience with at least one Cloud platform, preferably Azure or AWS.

• Knowledge of at least one of the following frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD, version control, and best development practices.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry (preferred).

• Experience with AWS Bedrock (preferred).

• Familiarity with MCP (preferred).

• Experience with LLMOps / AgentOps (preferred).

• Knowledge of observability and agent evaluation (preferred).

• Understanding of security measures applicable to GenAI solutions (preferred).

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (preferred).

• Certifications related to Cloud, AI, or Architecture (preferred).
