This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• You will be a crucial link between the strategic vision of the product and the technical execution of the team.

• You will guide software architecture, ensure coding best practices, and foster the technical growth of the engineers under your supervision in a modern, distributed development environment.

• Design and scale robust, maintainable, and secure software architectures for high-concurrency international platforms.

• Mentor and guide the development team, promoting engineering best practices (Clean Code, Code Reviews, TDD) and technical excellence.

• Facilitate key technological decision-making by defining design patterns, frameworks, and integration standards.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into achievable and efficient technical solutions.

• Optimize continuous delivery and integration processes (CI/CD), reducing deployment times and ensuring system stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 5 years in software development roles, with at least 2 years as a Technical Leader or Software Architect.

• Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Java, Node.js, Python, or .NET Core) and microservices.

• Proven experience in designing distributed architectures, RESTful APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Advanced knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis).

• Practical knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and continuous integration pipelines.

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Ability to take initiative in complex problems, propose innovative solutions with minimal supervision, and lead by example.

• Skill in conveying complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
