This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Strategic Direction: Define the corporate alliance strategy in alignment with the company's global objectives.
• Pipeline Management: Ensure effective management of the sales funnel, forecasting, and flawless use of Salesforce.
• Team Leadership: Oversee training processes, coaching, and continuous feedback to enhance executive performance.
• High-Level Negotiation: Support complex negotiations with C-level profiles and senior stakeholders.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, conversion rates, and service quality.
• Brand Representation: Serve as an ambassador for the department at trade shows, webinars, and high-level corporate events.
• Commercial Optimization: Establish prospecting priorities by segments and industries, identifying new opportunities for improvement.
• Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading commercial teams, preferably in the Education, SaaS, or intangible services sectors.
• Expertise in Alliances: Proven track record in consultative sales, strategic portfolio development, and negotiation of corporate agreements.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital management platforms.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Human Talent and Human Resources (HR) ecosystem.
