Licensing Specialist, L1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Complete initial state medical license applications following established procedures.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with radiologists, medical boards, and references to secure necessary documentation.

• Maintain precise documentation, updates, and status tracking within internal systems.

• Oversee assigned licensing workflows, tasks, and deadlines.

• Identify and report application delays, deficiencies, or risks to the Senior Licensing Specialist or leadership.

• Uphold professional communication with external licensing boards and institutions.

• Assist in the onboarding process of new team members through peer support as necessary.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience in Medical Licensing or Credentialing.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with outstanding multi-tasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
