• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, creative agencies, production companies, and other potential clients.
• Build, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop customized licensing solutions to address client needs, highlighting the value of our video content library.
• Negotiate licensing agreements and contracts with an emphasis on establishing long-term relationships and maximizing revenue.
• Secure large-scale licensing agreements and network agency contracts to become the preferred vendor for UGC video and clearance services.
• Educate clients, particularly brands and agencies, on the value and effectiveness of UGC in storytelling, campaigns, and creative endeavors.
• Present persuasive use cases, data, and creative solutions to assist agencies and brands in integrating UGC into their strategies.
• Act as a thought leader by engaging in discussions, workshops, and events to position our company as a frontrunner in UGC-driven licensing solutions.
• 3+ years of experience working with Brand & Agency clients on the US east coast.
• Demonstrated sales experience in video licensing, media sales, or a related field.
• Familiarity with UGC, including its benefits and challenges.
• Understanding of licensing models, creative media industries, and client needs.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Experience using internal systems (Salesforce) to monitor sales activities and performance.
