This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.
β’ Assist in the launch of new products and services concerning state licensing and reporting, which includes money transmission, servicing/collections, lending, and international expansion.
β’ Collaborate across various functions, including legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, and tax teams, to fulfill regulatory licensing and reporting requirements.
β’ Manage the central repository that contains licensing and reporting obligations, workflows, and regulatory guidance.
β’ Interpret, prepare, and submit annual reports for state licensing, MSB call reports, and other regulatory duties.
β’ Ensure punctual regulatory filings, identify licensing challenges, and oversee ongoing obligations within the licensing management tool.
β’ Take the lead in preparing renewal applications and other documentation for a variety of licensing jurisdictions.
β’ Work together on NMLS licensing, reporting, and additional regulatory submissions.
β’ Analyze and create new AI-driven processes to enhance the licensing program's efficiency.
β’ Assist in researching and incorporating licensing requirements into the licensing management tool.
β’ Coordinate with senior leadership to meet ongoing state licensing demands.
β’ Collaborate with the team on licensing projects and initiatives.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Global Licensing and Regulatory Programs.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably in consumer financial services.
β’ Exceptional time management, administrative, and organizational abilities.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities and overlapping projects effectively.
β’ Demonstrated project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
