This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Assist in the launch of new products and services associated with state licensing and reporting, encompassing money transmission, servicing/collections, lending, and international expansion.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, and tax teams to fulfill regulatory licensing and reporting requirements.
β’ Maintain the central repository for licensing and reporting responsibilities, workflows, and regulatory guidance.
β’ Analyze, prepare, and submit annual state licensing reports, MSB call reports, and other regulatory obligations.
β’ Guarantee timely regulatory submissions and identify licensing challenges.
β’ Oversee ongoing regulatory responsibilities within the licensing management tool.
β’ Lead the preparation of renewal applications and documentation for various licensing jurisdictions.
β’ Work together on NMLS licensing, reporting, and other regulatory submissions.
β’ Assess and develop AI-driven processes to enhance the efficiency of the licensing program.
β’ Investigate and integrate licensing requirements into the licensing management tool.
β’ Coordinate with senior leadership to meet ongoing state licensing demands.
β’ Partner with the team on licensing projects and initiatives.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Global Licensing and Regulatory Programs.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory roles, preferably in consumer financial services.
β’ Exceptional time management, administrative, and organizational abilities.
β’ Capability to juggle multiple priorities and overlapping projects.
β’ Demonstrated project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
