Licensing and Contracting Forms Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee a comprehensive collection of PDF forms alongside their respective business rules.

• Implement data-mapping logic within the forms catalog utilizing XSL/XML.

• Act as Tier One Support for updates, issues, and inquiries related to forms and data-mapping.

• Handle incoming requests for form and data-mapping support and updates.

• Address form and data-mapping issues by understanding customer needs, diagnosing underlying causes, and providing clear solutions.

• Assist end users through troubleshooting via phone and remote screen sharing.

• Forward queries and issues to the relevant SuranceBay team members.

• Deliver prompt feedback regarding any failures in forms and data-mapping or customer concerns.

• Collaborate effectively within a small team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry specifically within Licensing and Contracting.

• Proficiency in reading and writing XSL/XML code.

• Capability to interpret intricate business rules and logic and apply them to forms coding.

• Strong multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and time management skills.

• Demonstrated customer support experience.

• Excellent skills in handling phone and email communications.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving work scenarios.

• A quiet home office environment with fast, reliable internet access.

• Experience in Insurance Licensing and Contracting, ideally within a Brokerage General Agency collaborating with multiple insurance carriers.

• Strong preference for candidates with XML/XSL coding experience or a proven ability to learn coding languages.
