
Licensing and Business Development Leader – Microsoft Licensing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of the quoting, renewal, procurement, and license management processes for both existing and prospective customers independently.
• Collaborate directly with distribution partners and vendors, negotiating effectively.
• Ensure the proper execution of all administrative and commercial procedures related to licensing.
• Diligently track renewal deadlines, expirations, and upgrade opportunities for clients.
• Establish and oversee internal controls and performance metrics for the licensing operations.
• Cultivate and maintain operational and commercial relationships with key partners, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Monitor and leverage incentive programs, campaigns, funds, and opportunities provided by vendors to enhance revenue in the area.
• Ensure seamless alignment between SGA and partners to improve commercial and operational workflows.
• Continuously pursue new business opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
• Identify and engage with customers currently purchasing only pure licensing, pinpointing pain points and opportunities for expanding the commercial relationship (cross-selling).
• Provide qualified leads to SGA's sales team for Cloud and Cybersecurity projects and services.
• Forge high-level relationships with procurement and supply departments of targeted companies.
• Oversee complex supplier approval (vendor qualification) processes.
• Monitor, identify, and respond to RFPs, tenders, and purchasing opportunities aligned with SGA's offerings.
• Organize and deliver corporate presentations aimed at procurement teams, facilitating introductions for the technical sales team with relevant stakeholders.
• Significant prior experience with Microsoft licensing is essential.
• In-depth understanding of Microsoft licensing programs aimed at mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Established expertise in managing direct relationships with distributors and technology partners.
• Proven track record in commercial and administrative processes, along with proactive software license prospecting.
