
Licensed Therapist – Women's Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver empathetic, evidence-based care via teletherapy for women on their reproductive journeys.
• Keep a weekly availability of 29 hours on your calendar.
• Conduct approximately 20–21 patient sessions each week, ensuring at least 5 open slots post 4pm.
• Operate during standard business hours from 8am to 8pm, with a minimum of 20% of weekday appointments available after 4pm.
• Engage in both individual and group clinical consultations, as well as attend the monthly clinical team meetings.
• Implement the Seven Starling Care Model utilizing evidence-based techniques such as CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based methods.
• Develop and uphold comprehensive documentation and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the clinical team in an environment rich in feedback.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives that align with personal interests.
• Must be independently licensed in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
• A North Carolina license is mandatory; preference will be given to candidates with at least two additional licenses.
• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in perinatal, menopausal health, or women's mental health.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care.
• Comfortable and skilled in using virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.
• Dedicated to a collaborative team approach with shared consultation and ongoing learning.
• Enthusiastic about Seven Starling’s mission and eager to support a growing, dynamic organization.
• Holding a multi-state license is advantageous.
• PMH-C certification is a plus.
• Availability for 29 hours per week, including weekday appointments from 8am to 8pm, with around 5 appointments after 4pm.
