This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver individualized virtual therapy sessions for youths and their caregivers by utilizing evidence-informed, trauma-focused approaches.
• Perform clinical evaluations and create collaborative, measurement-based care plans.
• Foster relational continuity throughout placements or life transitions.
• Work in conjunction with non-clinical Care Advocates to link clients with necessary services and support.
• Conduct caregiver support sessions aimed at enhancing family stability and outcomes.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation that complies with Medicaid and telehealth guidelines.
• Participate in weekly supervision, team meetings, and mandatory training sessions.
• Assist clients during escalations or crises using trauma-informed care techniques.
• Engage in peer consultation and collaborate with clinicians and care team members.
• Valid, unrestricted independent North Carolina license as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LPC; LCSW is highly preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience post-independent licensure.
• Direct experience within child welfare and foster care systems, pediatric mental health, and complex trauma.
• Comfortable working with youth aged 5–26.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Knowledge of Medicaid clinical documentation requirements.
• Experience in or a strong interest in foster care, adoption, family preservation, or juvenile justice systems.
• Capability to establish trust and consistency with youths facing instability or mistrust.
• Ability to complete background checks mandated by Medicaid and child welfare systems.
• Preference for individuals who are approved to provide Medicaid-covered services or possess prior Medicaid billing experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is strongly preferred; additional languages are a benefit.
• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses within the company’s operational areas.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, including 15 hours after 4:00 PM Monday through Friday or Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Must have access to a private, quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

• Monthly Clinical Care Bonus of $200 for 60 billed clinical hours, plus an additional $100 for every 10 extra billed clinical hours beyond 60 each month, paid quarterly.
