Licensed Therapist, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual psychotherapy to clients utilizing the telehealth platform.

• Evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and client-focused care.

• Maintain thorough and precise clinical documentation in a timely manner.

• Work collaboratively with the broader care team as necessary.

• Adhere to all relevant professional, licensing, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).

• Applicants must hold full licensure; associate-level candidates are not currently accepted.

• Strong clinical competencies and a dedication to evidence-based practices.

• Proficiency in using technology and telehealth platforms.

• A strong commitment to delivering culturally responsive, client-centered care.

• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week on a recurring basis.

• Experience in telehealth is preferred.

• Licensure in multiple states is advantageous.

• Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts is preferred.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus; Spanish is highly desirable.

• Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is preferred.
