Licensed Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions weekly with patients on your caseload, ensuring sessions are documented appropriately and in a timely manner.

• Create, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans, regularly evaluating and documenting patient progress towards their goals, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to secure optimal outcomes and enhance overall well-being.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, utilizing various directive modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), along with other eclectic therapeutic strategies.

• Have experience with or a willingness to learn about Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other practitioners, to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment efficacy.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical services in the electronic health record, adhering to regulatory standards.

• Operate within the fundamental values of respect and care for others.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, focusing on program-specific assessments, risk assessments, and outcome measures.

• Exceptional clinical engagement skills with patients and their support systems.

• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

• Proficient in delivering evidence-based therapy modalities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
