This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate inbound and outbound call campaigns, educating both prospective and existing members about Devoted products, addressing inquiries, and aiding in the completion of enrollment applications in accordance with Medicare regulations.
• Build rapport with potential members by showcasing a friendly, positive attitude, demonstrating patience and empathy, while effectively assessing their needs through active listening and insightful questioning to provide solutions that convert them into clients.
• Assist existing members in reviewing their coverage, identifying gaps, and making necessary plan adjustments, all while meeting and surpassing sales targets and consistently achieving quality and productivity benchmarks.
• Support ongoing initiatives and carry out all responsibilities in line with guidance from the Telesales Leadership Team.
• Transition from Telesales responsibilities after the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) to assist the Member Service Guide team from December 15 to March 31, focusing on member service, engagement, and retention to ensure a smooth experience.
• Possession of a valid/current state health insurance license or the capability to obtain one prior to the start date.
• Completion and maintenance of required Continuing Education Credits mandated by State regulations to uphold the license.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as dictated by business requirements.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to forge relationships, actively listen, and exhibit empathy.
• Problem-solving skills to recognize opportunities, propose solutions, and effectively manage objections.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset, able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated dedication to compliance, ethical standards, and achieving goals.
• Proficient in computer operations, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
