Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services via Brave Health’s telehealth platform.

• Provide mental health treatment to patients remotely.

• Offer care to individuals across various age groups.

• Complete around 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily.

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions and thorough assessments.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Assist in ensuring access to care for patients enrolled in commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's level degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.

• Ability to carry out comprehensive assessments.

• Availability for a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.

• Capability to complete 30 client care hours each week.

• Experience with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders.

• Experience with individuals facing chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder.

• Full-time experience in one-on-one psychotherapy, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week.
