Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Offer outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth initiative

• Provide compassionate and high-quality mental health care

• Deliver mental health treatment to individuals of all ages

• Conduct approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients daily

• Utilize comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their objectives

• Diagnose or manage mental health and/or substance abuse issues

• Employ telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Serve patients covered by commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s level degree and appropriate licensure

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future

• Secure work-from-home environment to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are preferred

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses

• Skills in treatment planning

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Experience in partnering with clients to meet their goals

• Ability to apply comprehensive assessments

• Capability to fulfill 30 client care hours per week

• Background in working with patients diagnosed with substance abuse and addiction disorders

• Experience managing chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder

• Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours per week
