Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth platform

• Provide empathetic, high-quality mental health services

• Offer mental health treatment to individuals of all ages

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools throughout daily activities

• Collaborate with clients to reach their treatment objectives

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans

• Maintain approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging 6 clients daily

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's level degree and appropriate licensure

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

• Dedicated work-from-home environment to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred

• Must satisfy background and regulatory standards

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses

• Competence in treatment planning

• Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals

• Ability to implement comprehensive assessments

• Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients daily

• Background working with patients dealing with substance abuse and addiction disorders

• Experience with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or schizoaffective disorder

• Full-time one-on-one psychotherapy experience, defined as 20 or more client-facing hours weekly
