Licensed Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Generate new business through self-sourced leads, referrals, networking, and relationship cultivation.

• Establish referral partnerships with loan officers, real estate agents, and various other referral sources.

• Provide quotes and sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and select Commercial insurance products.

• Consistently follow up with prospects and ensure robust communication.

• Develop long-lasting client relationships and referral networks.

• Utilize the EZLynx management/rating system and CRM tools to oversee prospects and sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Licensed Arizona P&C Agent.

• Open to elite sales professionals who are willing to obtain licensing.

• Strong closing skills with a demonstrated sales track record.

• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.

• High follow-up rate and a quick response time mentality.
