• Interact with leads across various channels, including phone, video conferencing, and email.
• Work in collaboration with marketing and internal teams to enhance conversion rates and consistently refine the sales process.
• Adhere to Embark’s structured sales methodology, delivering an exceptional client experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Demonstrated success in inside sales, regularly achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Significant experience in cold calling and outbound sales; adept at managing objections and closing deals.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills that are clear, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital tools for virtual selling.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Understanding of or enthusiasm for learning about financial products and services.
• A growth-oriented mindset, comfortable with change, feedback, and shifting priorities.
• Capability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team culture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Licensed by your provincial authority and recognized by the RESP Dealers Association of Canada (Preferred).
• Bilingualism (French, Mandarin, or Cantonese) is a significant asset (Preferred).
