This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with members through phone, email, and various channels to support them with quotes, new policies, billing queries, underwriting inquiries, and policy modifications.
• Establish rapport and trust by posing insightful questions, comprehending member requirements, and delivering precise solutions to reduce transfers and escalations.
• Execute insurance transactions such as endorsements, cancellations, and coverage modifications while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
• Work together with insurance carriers and internal teams to address issues and provide timely, accurate information.
• Keep up with required certifications and proactively seek opportunities to enhance product knowledge.
• Achieve performance targets related to service quality, responsiveness, and member satisfaction.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Capability to multitask across various applications while maintaining focus and precision.
• Must possess an Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
• Typing speed of 20 WPM with a 90% accuracy rate.
• Strong understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards.
• Proficient research and internet skills; quick learner across different topics and systems.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and comfort with digital tools.
• High-speed Internet connection via wired ethernet; no Wi-Fi, satellite, cellular hotspot, or cellular internet.
• Upload speed of 5 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps.
• Internet service provider must be very stable, with 1% or less packet loss and latency under 100ms.
• A cell phone or tablet available that can install the required 2FA software.
• A quiet environment for interviews, free from Bluetooth devices, smart watches, additional computers, or writing instruments; door closed; phones not allowed.
