This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Assess mental health conditions, provide diagnoses, and develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain ongoing documentation, including updated diagnoses, treatment plan evaluations, and case notes in accordance with company policies.
• Deliver exceptional care to clients while collaborating with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission of addressing community needs.
• Employ innovative approaches in interventions to assist clients in reaching and surpassing their goals.
• Prepare and submit individual session documentation following company guidelines and protocols.
• Coordinate services with other care providers, family members, work staff, medical personnel, fellow OptiMindHealth team members, and educational staff as necessary.
• Attend and engage in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and experience in clinical documentation is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience and a willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet required deadlines.
• Comfort and familiarity with clients presenting a diverse array of issues or concerns.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check confirming the capacity to provide safe care.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health settings is advantageous (but not necessary).
• Being currently paneled or credentialed with an insurance network is beneficial (but not essential).
• Multilingual or bilingual capability is advantageous (but not essential).
• Having a specialty area of practice is beneficial (but not essential).
