This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid demographic

• Manage an independent caseload and treatment methodology under a full license

• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies

• Develop effective and personalized treatment plans

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives

• Utilize electronic health record systems and digital tools

• Conduct confidential virtual sessions from a HIPAA-compliant home office

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid and active LCSW-C or LCPC license in good standing in Maryland

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Professional Counseling

• At least 2 years of direct therapy or assessment experience

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and various digital tools

• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions

• Proficiency in English

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses

• Knowledge in creating effective and personalized treatment plans

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies
