This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide direct counseling services to families, couples, and children.
• Implement therapeutic methods customized to meet client needs.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive support.
• Participate in family care meetings alongside other service providers.
• Adhere to clinic policies as well as state, federal, and licensing board regulations.
• Keep documentation and communication in accordance with legal, ethical, and company standards.
• Team members may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Possess knowledge of HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
• Hold a current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona.
• Possess a Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Have knowledge of a variety of evidence-based psychotherapy approaches, including cognitive and behavioral therapies, postmodern/post-structural methods, social constructionism, and narrative therapy.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
