This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid population.

• Manage the administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and insurance.

• Maintain a balance between professional independence and personal requirements.

• Concentrate exclusively on client care utilizing the telehealth platform.

• Develop a varied caseload through referrals from insurance companies, educational institutions, and community providers.

• Accumulate clinical hours towards independent licensure while practicing therapy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LPC license in good standing within the state of Ohio.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, accompanied by at least 6 months of practical therapy or assessment experience.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and various digital tools.

• A quiet home office that complies with HIPAA regulations for confidential virtual sessions.

• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• A strong understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Expertise in creating effective, individualized treatment plans.

• A team-oriented attitude to collaborate with clients in reaching their goals.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies.
