This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Deliver tailored academic and career guidance, responding to questions regarding courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.

• Inform prospective students about program characteristics, teaching methods, and career opportunities.

• Build and oversee a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and incoming inquiries.

• Transform leads into enrollments while consistently achieving monthly targets.

• Methodically process applications and maintain transparent communication with parents.

• Follow up on enrollment confirmations and work alongside the admissions team to meet goals.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and new career pathways.

• Accurately document counseling interactions in the CRM and expand a database of potential students.

• A UG / PG degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline, with 2-5 years of experience.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of pertinent experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).

• Knowledge of educational systems, programs, and career pathways (training will be provided).

• Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills to facilitate enrollments.
