This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including housing counseling agencies (HCAs) that receive technical assistance from the HUD Federal Housing Administration (FHA), along with companion offices and various industry partners, including Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs).

• Create and deliver training sessions, conference presentations, workshops, and webinars.

• Lead technical assistance initiatives, either in-person or remotely using web-based platforms.

• Support the identification of new business prospects, prepare proposals, and manage contracts as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Planning, Public Policy, Government, or a related field, or at least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable area.

• A minimum of 10 years of expertise in the HUD Federal Housing Administration (FHA), housing counseling, and the mortgage sector.

• Proven track record in developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and webinars; conducting program assessments and evaluations; facilitating discussions; and public speaking to diverse audiences.

• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
