Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside related questions, proposed answers, and distractor options for diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts provided in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Collaborate within three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Accomplish project tasks in accordance with the project timeline and specified acceptance criteria.

• Engage in a project aimed at enhancing AI tools for clinical application.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree.

• Active and unrestricted US medical license, validated at onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Currently practicing as a physician.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment expertise across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare roles.
