Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap responses related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning traces and provide concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based assignments within specified timelines and acceptance criteria.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases, with the schedule and workload determined by the contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an actively practicing physician with an MD or DO medical degree.

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, which will be verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Possess board certification or have completed residency training.

• Have recent direct patient care experience; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Demonstrate broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam-question assessment, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in written English (C1+ level).

• Submit CV in English and indicate English proficiency level.

• This role is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
