Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor options across diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of distractor traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains lead to answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Accomplish project-specific tasks within the designated timeline and according to the established acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Actively practicing physician with an MD or DO degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-checked on a monthly basis.

• Hold board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior involvement in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those with non-clinical healthcare titles.
