Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks

• Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, answer disclosure, correctness, gradeability, and the quality of trap answers

• Ensure that reasoning chains lead to answers based solely on vignette facts

• Correct reasoning traces and formulate concise rationales

• Engage in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication

• Fulfill project tasks within the established timeline and acceptance criteria

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly

• Currently practicing as a physician

• Board certification or completion of residency training

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines

• Proficiency in written English (C1+)

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals
