Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with corresponding questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and draft concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based assignments within designated timelines and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an actively practicing physician holding a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, which will be verified at onboarding and checked monthly thereafter.

• Must be board certified or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrated strong clinical reasoning abilities, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians (such as NPs, PAs, nurses, pharmacists), or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare roles.
