Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes that include questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Assess vignettes covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Score the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of trap answers.

• Verify that reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and provide brief rationales.

• Collaborate within three independent blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based tasks within the designated timeline and established acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) is required.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Must be an actively practicing physician.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is essential.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is preferred, with an attending-level designation.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine is required.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and familiarity with evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+) are necessary.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.
