Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes that are accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based tasks within established project timelines and acceptance criteria.

• Enhance AI tools through clinical assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• An actively practicing physician holding either an MD or DO medical degree.

• An active, unrestricted US medical license, which will be verified at onboarding and checked monthly thereafter.

• Residing outside of the United States.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is a plus.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• A CV must be submitted in English, indicating the level of English proficiency.
