Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate benchmark-item clinical reasoning quality, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, answer correctness and gradeability, as well as trap quality.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-based assignments within the designated project timeline and specified acceptance criteria.

• Obtain qualifications, join a project, complete tasks, and receive compensation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing physician with an MD or DO degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Reside outside the US.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment background in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating English proficiency level.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
