Licensed Physician – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, suggested answers, and misleading trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains arrive at conclusions based solely on vignette facts.

• Revise reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill qualification requirements, engage in a project, complete assigned tasks, and submit work in accordance with project timelines and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Currently practicing as a physician.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level experience preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
