Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with associated questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of trap answers.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project-specific tasks within defined timelines and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) is required.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-validated on a monthly basis.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is necessary.

• Recent direct patient care experience is required; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine is essential.

• Demonstrated strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1 or higher) are essential.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
