Licensed Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to medication-related clinical inquiries utilizing patient context, source materials, and labeling guidelines.

• Assess AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, clarity, completeness, and evidence support.

• Amend inaccurate or incomplete responses and offer structured annotations along with written feedback.

• Recognize and escalate cases with insufficient evidence, conflicting guidance, ambiguous clinical context, or safety concerns for patients.

• Consistently apply project rubrics and quality standards.

• Engage in calibration and feedback sessions.

• Contribute to AI-powered prior authorization workflows for advanced clinical AI systems.

• Provide accurate, evidence-based clinical reviews with dependable throughput and timely completion.

• Identify and escalate safety-critical or ambiguous cases.

• Quickly incorporate calibration feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid US Pharmacist license (PharmD or equivalent).

• Extensive experience with medications, pharmacy workflows, and clinical decision-making.

• Strong grasp of drug interactions, contraindications, and prescribing guidelines.

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable adhering to structured annotation guidelines.

• Available for 30–40 hours per week during the project duration.

• Preferred: experience in prior authorization or specialty pharmacy.

• Preferred: experience in managed care or medication access.

• Preferred: familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Preferred: experience in clinical quality assurance.

• Preferred: background in AI evaluation, clinical content review, or healthcare data annotation.

• Preferred: experience with 340B or medication assistance programs.

• Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
