Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator – Inside Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with the collection and evaluation of mortgage loan applications and associated documentation.

• Examine mortgage loan disclosure packages and ensure they are delivered to borrowers.

• Generate rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages for distribution to borrowers.

• Analyze documents and complete loan files, identify any deficiencies, and inform mortgage loan officers and/or processors.

• Clarify or rectify information and gather additional details via phone and email.

• Provide clerical and telephonic support to loan officers and processors.

• Aid management in various lending and processing stages and areas.

• Assist in overseeing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage loans.

• Deliver appraisals and property valuations while ensuring proof of receipt is obtained.

• Monitor outstanding items in loan files and follow up with customers to secure necessary documentation.

• Coordinate timely loan closings in collaboration with title companies and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active NMLS license or a commitment to acquire one.

• Hold a High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or a similar qualification.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry, including direct customer interaction.

• Previous experience in sales support is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Strong prioritization and time management abilities are required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
