📋 Description

• Advises on loan solutions that align with lending standards and meet clients' needs

• Oversees a portfolio of client relationships

• Identifies potential opportunities to retain existing clients and attract new ones

• Conducts sales calls

• Develops and formulates loan solutions while recommending products and services

• Reviews documentation to ensure adherence to compliance standards

• Optimizes customer pipeline for operational efficiency

• Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to finalize mortgage transactions

• Gathers and evaluates customer financial data for diverse and/or complex borrowers

• Valid License as a Loan Officer

• Understanding of customer needs and satisfaction metrics

• Capability to manage risks linked to business goals

• Proficiencies in Customer Experience Management, Effective Communication, Financial Analysis, Loan Origination, Matrix Management, and Mortgage Products

• Ability to effectively sell the organization's products and services
