Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Interact with 100% warm transfer leads from enthusiastic homebuyers and those seeking refinancing.

• Consult with clients to ascertain their needs and offer suitable loan options.

• Utilize our cutting-edge technology to efficiently qualify and finalize loans.

• Develop long-lasting relationships to encourage future referrals and repeat business.

• Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters to ensure prompt closings.

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in mortgage loan origination (call center experience preferred).

• Possession of an active NMLS license.

• At least 1-5 active state licenses required.

• Must comply with all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) standards.

• Familiarity with mortgage regulatory guidelines and the capability to accurately structure and price loans.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Self-driven, motivated, and oriented towards results.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume work setting.

• Strong ambition to succeed in a sales-driven environment and to become a leading producer.

• High-speed internet is necessary for remote work, with Cable or Fiber ONLY and the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
